When we opened Into The Wild Glamping earlier this year, our dream was simple — to create a peaceful, adults-only retreat where guests could slow down, reconnect, and soak up the beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds. What followed has been a truly special few months filled with laughter, sunsets, and unforgettable memories.

A Look Back at Our First Glamping Season - A Season of Firsts

From our very first guests in spring to the last autumn check-out, every week has brought something new and wonderful. We’ve welcomed couples celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and even a proposal in our Betts Bell Tent  — a moment we’ll never forget!

We added a few touches along the way, too, including the exciting upgrade of our Hambleton Bell Tent, which now boasts its very own private wood-fired hot tub. Seeing guests relax beneath the stars, surrounded by open countryside, has made every bit of effort worthwhile.

Nature, Wildlife and Glamping in The Wolds

Set against Willingham Woods, our guests have loved being able to step straight from their tent into nature. Whether it was early morning walks along the Viking Way, lazy afternoons in the sunshine, or evenings listening to the owls, there’s a special peace here that seems to stay with people long after they leave.

We’ve also had plenty of friendly visitors — from deer grazing in the fields to buzzards circling high above. It’s all part of the Into The Wild experience.

Looking Ahead to Glamping Breaks in 2026

While the site rests over winter, we’ll be busy behind the scenes getting ready for an even better season ahead. There are already a few exciting updates in the works (watch this space!), and we’ll be opening bookings for May 2026 very soon.
